The Blackstone Team at Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announces the launch of The Black Real Estate Agent Scholarship & Mentoring Program. Pledging to bring more Black real estate agents into the top real estate markets in Rhode Island and bordering Massachusetts, The Blackstone Team is offering a more ethnically diverse scholarship and mentoring program. The goal of the program is to open doors to Black real estate agents looking to be a part of the growing market.
The Black Real Estate Agent Scholarship & Mentoring Program includes funding of initial-start-up education and licensing fees as well as initial living expenses. Additionally, awardees will receive six months of business mentoring with the team and the freedom to expand and explore business opportunities upon completion.
“Here at The Blackstone Team of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, we pride ourselves on being an economically, culturally, and socially diverse workplace,” says Nelson Taylor, Managing Partner. “A workplace that is free from gender, age, religion, and sexual orientation biases. We strive to make decisions that not only impact our business in a growing way, but our communities as well. We are an equal opportunity network that believes in diversity in the workforce.”
The Blackstone Team is accepting applications now through January 1, 2023. For more information, please visit the-blackstoneteam.com.
