Phyllis is an experienced sales agent who gives her clients time and attention, while treating them with integrity and professionalism.
She moved to Rhode Island from her native California in 2004 after developing a fondness for New England. Her appreciation for historic homes and the beautiful waterfront properties in the Ocean State, has grown, and she now owns a historic 100-year-old home overlooking the water.
Phyllis studied design and music at Moorpark College, before working for 20 years as a PC designer, applications engineer and in management at a high-technology company. Self-taught and experienced in the building trades, Phyllis designed and built her own passive solar home, and gained valuable first-hand knowledge that she now brings to her clients. She has an intuitive and educated perspective to see a home not only for what it is, but for what it can become.
Phyllis is currently Commodore of the Tiverton Yacht Club, managing its sailing and swimming programs, daily facility operation and social events. She donates and volunteers her time to charitable endeavors, participating in local non-profits, and various charitable organizations, as a mentor for Star Kids and a supporter of Land Trusts and Historical Societies.
