Oliver Dow joined Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty after a long career in fashion, entertainment, and the non-profit sector. Although his day job was in the theater, he supplemented his income with real estate investments. Before becoming a licensed sales associate, he bought, sold, renovated, and converted, residential, commercial and vacation properties in New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Often a home is the largest purchase an individual will ever make, and it is critical to know the attributes that are most important. Location, amenities, services and carrying costs will affect one’s thinking and final decision. Oliver has the personal experience to help break down that process with an objective eye towards the future. He will make your purchase or sale the most exciting time in your life.
Oliver grew up in New England and has a deep knowledge of Rhode Island and the south coast of Massachusetts. Whether you are relocating, investing, purchasing your first home or looking for a weekend retreat, he can help you prioritize your needs. He has personally done all of the above and can lead you through the process with ease.
Personal: Oliver lives with his family on the east side of Providence and owns property in Rhode Island, New York City, Mattapoisett, and Nantucket.
