Monica grew up in Barrington and then raised her own family in this beautiful seaside community, where schools are among the best in the state. Years ago, she took classes for both realtor and broker, then sold the first home...and she was hooked. Now that her children have moved on, she has resumed her real estate career. She loves helping clients choose the right community, as well as the right house, specifically suited to their individual needs. Monica enthusiastically shares her extensive knowledge of the area, and about buying or selling a home, making either process not only painless, but pleasant! She earned her BS in Business Administration, then an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from URI. This business acumen is very helpful in qualifying potential buyers, and guiding them through all the information and paperwork necessary in purchasing their home. She is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, and MLS. She has worked tirelessly for the community, volunteering at St Luke's, Tap In, and Mobile Loaves and Fishes. Her many interests include Nantucket Basket weaving, gardening, golfing and traveling...and helping people find the home of their dreams!
