I have been a full-time real estate agent since 2005. Licensed in RI, MA, NY, NJ, and FL, I have sold it all: vacant land, a 24-unit building, single-family and multi-family homes, condos, co-ops, estate sales, even short sales. I have worked in some of the toughest markets in the world, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey’s Gold Coast. I fear no transaction, welcome challenges, negotiate creatively, and truly enjoy helping people with their real estate needs.
My clients come back to me. They refer business to me. They appreciate that I am an agent who does not push the pen. If you’re not ready to buy, don’t. If you do not need to sell, wait. I provide facts, analyze data, and never hold back with my honest opinion. If your listing is overpriced, I will tell you. If your offer is not competitive, I will tell you that, too. I believe that informed decisions are good decisions — but while I offer skilled guidance, the decision is always yours.
I work hard and play hard. When I am not selling real estate, you can find me anywhere from a shipwreck 130’ below the ocean’s surface to an airplane 14,000 feet in the air, ready to jump. I am a prolific visual artist and collector, and I often help my clients stage their homes with original paintings, sculptures, and photography. I enjoy the ongoing renovations at my mid-1700’s mill house in North Kingstown, RI, where I live with my wife and our Instagram-infamous rescue dog, Snaggletooth Ernie.
