Linda had an unique upbringing, as the child of an Ecuadorian mother and Dutch father. A southern California native, Linda moved to Connecticut after elementary school, and then to Texas to attend Rice University, where she received a BA in Managerial and Legal Studies.
Following her graduation, Linda started a career in banking, becoming a Vice President in Private Banking before the age of 30. Upon moving to Providence, Linda enrolled at Rhode Island School of Design's continuing education program. After completing the five year program she made the decision to follow her heart and love of houses and started her own interior design firm, which she successfully ran for over two decades. During that time she designed and managed the renovations of many multi-million dollar homes, and was featured in national publications.
Linda's transition from design to real estate was seamless. The skills she developed as the owner of a firm are beneficial to her real estate clients. She has the ability to visualize a property's possibilities, and understand associated costs. She is creative and decisive, knowledgeable about the intricacies of real estate transactions, and a strong marketer. Her financial skills are key to pricing a property and negotiating a successful outcome. Linda is proficient at presenting a property through photography and media, which is critical, given that over ninety percent of buyers start their search online.
Whether providing answers to your questions quickly, helping with resources, or just listening to your concerns, Linda will be there for you.
