Jane Garrett was originally born in Queens, New York and lived there until she was 18 years old. She attended LaGuardia High School for the performing arts further exploring her interests in creativity and fine arts. Since her mom had spent time in Little Compton RI, Jane and her family spend every summer and holiday enjoying the beautiful town. When it came time for Jane to choose a college, University of Rhode Island was her first choice. Jane studied Marine Biology at URI and spent many days exploring the gorgeous coasts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She also worked at Groundswell Cafe in Tiverton, RI, during these years, learning problem solving and customer service skills. She graduated in three years with a bachelor of science in marine biology and a minor in oceanography. Now out of college Jane has found that real estate brings her interests of creativity, the beautiful coast, problem solving and helping others all together.
