Cindy Waterman is a dynamic professional with a rich tapestry of experiences. She spent 20+ years at General Dynamics in a number of different careers from department administrator to purchasing agent. Additionally, Cindy spent several years in the Portsmouth Abbey Development Office assisting in the capital campaign and managing the administrative duties associated with the Portsmouth Institute.
After earning her Masters in Accounting and her CPA license, she went on to pursue opportunities in both public and private accounting. She ultimately found her niche as a trusted tax preparer specializing in individual tax preparation, trusts and estates.
Cindy has lived in Jamestown for over 40 years where she and her husband, Will, raised their two children. In her spare time, she is on the board of Sail to Win, an organization with a mission to empower wounded warriors and first responders to compete in sailing competitions around the world. She is an active member of a book club, is an avid sewist continually honing her sewing skills, and travels as much as she can.
