Cheryl Andreozzi is a real estate agent with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty based in Bristol, Rhode Island. She joined in 2019 after managing a design and architectural firm for more than 30 years. Her passion for the arts and community activism paired with her organizational and management skills have contributed to her consistent success as a top-producing agent statewide.
Cheryl, a current member and former vice chairperson of RISD Museum Associates, managed and sold all 39 micro-lofts in the historic Arcade Providence. She also led the sale of the newly constructed 12 condominium development at Bay Spring Crossing in Barrington. Her proficiency in local ordinances and zoning policies, plus her strong relationships with designers and contractors, allow her to support clients and navigate the process with ease.
As a native Rhode Islander, Cheryl understands the distinctiveness of the state and the importance of local historic preservation efforts. Her support for conservation extends to organizations like the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art, the Blithewold Mansions, Gardens & Arboretum, the Bristol State House, and the Herreshoff Marine Museum, where she served as a volunteer for years.
Cheryl enjoys spending time with family, cooking, pilates, and travel to new destinations. But above all else, she cherishes her time in the Ocean State.
