After listing our home with 3 other agents, over the span of two years, I finally decided to do some research, and find a realtor with a great track record. My search led me to Bonnie Kaplan. She was completely different than any of the previous realtors who tried to sell our home in a very tough market. She advised us that we'd have to do a short sale in order to sell our home (none of the other agents ever mentioned the idea of a short sale). Needless to say, she very quickly sealed he deal and sold our home. We could not have been any more pleased with her service.

Bonnie is always available to answer questions and review information throughout the entire buying process. She listen to everything we needed and would constantly look out for us. She would keep us on track in our buying process esp when a house really would not have worked out for us....We ended up in the perfect house that meets all of our needs! Bonnie is a true professional. She sold our house at a price higher than we expected when we started the process. Also worked with us to find our new home under extremely stressful conditions for our family. She took care of all the details when we couldn't, due to hospitalizations and illness. Trust me when I tell you neither the sale nor the purchase were easy, but she was able to fight through murphy's law and get the job done. She was always reachable and always knew what to say and when to say it, even when I was frustrated with the buyers and the sellers. She never treated us as a client, but more like a family member.

We were 1st time home buyers. We were referred to Bonnie by a friend, George Conrad with Coldwell Banker. We asked for someone who was experienced, could help guide us, and who wasn't pushy. Bonnie was all of that and more! She knew what to look for in a house when we didn't. She gave us her honest opinion. She respected our price range and gave excellent guidance with negotiations. She was always available to answer questions. Personality wise she was a pleasure to work with. Everyone in the real estate business throughout RI knew her, and more than a few told us we were in good hands. I couldn't agree more.
