Ali Bazar serves as the Director of Operations for the Sweeney Advisory Group, playing a critical role in every transaction. Working in tandem with the team’s agents, she ensures a seamless experience for clients by overseeing every detail—from contract to close. With a background in high-level sales, marketing, and project management, Ali’s expertise helps drive the team's continued success.

Ali first launched her real estate career in New York City, working for a boutique firm where she quickly became one of their highest-producing agents. She collaborated with a wide range of clients, from private investors to major developers, contributing to world-renowned projects like the American Copper Buildings by JDS Development Group.

In 2020, Ali returned to Rhode Island and took on the role of Director of Operations for a top-producing team. Now, as a key leader of The Sweeney Advisory Group, she oversees $100M+ in sales, ensuring smooth transactions and delivering exceptional client service. As part of the team’s collective success, The Sweeney Advisory Group has earned prestigious accolades, including recognition among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide by Real Trends Verified and receiving the Circle of Excellence "Platinum Plus" Award.

Ali works closely with both clients and agents, ensuring strategic execution, innovative marketing, and unparalleled service. From project strategy to branding, marketing, and negotiations, she plays an essential role in bringing every deal across the finish line.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Ali is a true Rhode Island aficionado, bringing her deep appreciation for architecture, design, and the local market to every transaction. Her entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships make her an invaluable part of the team.

Ali is a graduate of Providence Country Day School and Trinity College. Outside of real estate, she can be found on the beach with her nieces and nephews, practicing Pilates, or enjoying dinner at one of her favorite local restaurants.
