I would highly recommend Michelle. We have bought several homes in different states and she was the best agent with whom we have worked. Although our search changed direction she let us set the direction of our property search and helped us find what we wanted. She worked closely with us on identifying specialists to do some parts of the inspection.She was instrumental in getting our purchase to close on time by working with the selling agent to insure all necessary tasks were completed. She went the extra mile to get things done.

If you want to buy or sell your home.....Michelle is the person for you! She is truely an amazing,warm, energetic, postive, person and a pleasure to work with at all times! Her knowledge and communication skills are outstanding while being on top of all the details! It was such a pleasure to understand the process of selling our home in Jamestown and she was very patient with my husband and I as our property (DEM) was extremely challenging in many ways, We have bought and sold many properties in our 44 years of marriage, but by far this was the best experience to date! Michelle was amazing. We were moving from out of state, generally knew pieces and parts of the area, but were really all over the place in terms of what we wanted to do. She patiently listened to what we wanted, helped us understand our options, and masterfully drew us to where we wanted to be - but didn't know it yet! We LOVE our new home, location and lifestyle. Not only is she extremely professional and responsive, but she genuinely cared that we felt at home in our new location. I was very pleased with Michelle's ability to sell my home. She sought me out, since I had my house listed with another realtor and it did not sell. Michelle wrote to me and offered to help me sell the house, if I was still interested. I said this person is a go-getter. She was able to show the house several times. I finally decided to try to rent the house, or sell it, whichever happened first. She was able to locate a renter who was interested in a possible purchase. The house was finally sold in March 2012. I was very happy, to say the least, after trying to sell, it for three years.

Michelle was the second realtor that we used on our property. She provided all the correct advice that we had nor received previously. She had great contacts to get required work accomplished. And most importantly, she stayed on top of everything and kept us informed as we were remote owners and were travelling constantly. I highly recommend Michelle, and referred Sotheby's to a friend in AZ who had been trying to sell his property for a couple of years. He had the same great results with multiple offers and sale with higher than expected.I would highly recommend Michelle and will use Sotheby's for any future sale.
