Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Significant Sale in Watch Hill by Bill Hecker

Watch Hill, RI (August 2, 2018) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 14 Ninigret Avenue, Watch Hill for $6,100,000. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest transaction in the municipality and the third highest transaction in the state so far this year. The buyers of 14 Ninigret Avenue were represented by Bill Hecker, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Elizabeth Douthit of Randall Realtors.
