PROVIDENCE, RI (May 2, 2016) –  Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce two significant sales today in Rhode Island. The penthouse unit located at 200 Exchange Street within the luxury Waterplace Complex sold for $1,210,000. The property was listed with Ben Scungio, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Providence Office Manager and Sales Associate. The buyer was represented by Joshua Cullion of RE/MAX Professionals. This transaction marks the highest sale in Waterplace since December 2014 and highest sale in Providence since September 2015. The property was on the market for only 35 days.

The closing marks the highest sale in Warwick since September 2014.
