According to the data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the firm successfully sold out all units in just nine months, achieving over $4.5 million. On the heels of the large-scale condominium sell out at The 903 Residences, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty’s has once again established a well-executed sales and marketing plan that resulted in full price purchased of every unit.
