According to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 10 Highland Road is tied at the third highest sale in Charlestown this year. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty also represented the buyer of the other tied sale. The firm has represented seven clients in the top ten sales in Charlestown in 2022.
