Rhode Island Real Estate Activity Numbers | May 31 to June 6, 2020

The trends shows the strength of the first quarter versus the impact of Covid-19 on closed units during the month of May.
 New Listings continue to show an upward trend.
Properties Under Agreements have surpassed the numbers during the same time period in 2019. 
The market is significantly below 2019 levels in terms of inventory.  Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty was able to overcome these challenges and lead the market in closed volume for both sold and under agreements for the month of May.
