According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale in the municipality so far this year. The sellers of 280 Rumstick Road were represented by David Coleman, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Midge Berkery, Sales Associate, also with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
