Per data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 192 Poppasquash Road represents the highest sale in Bristol in over two years. The buyers of this waterfront home were represented by Ann Glosson, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Leslie Hogan of Hogan Associates.
